I don’t mean celebrating when you get a new customer, although the moment you receive a new order is certainly one to be happy about!  I mean actually celebrate your customers, who they are and what they do. 

We are blessed to have some fantastic award-winning customers.  We care what happens to their businesses and we pride ourselves on getting involved in more than just HR queries.  So when the nominees for the Cambridge Evening News Business Excellence Awards were announced earlier this year we were delighted to see that one of our clients was nominated for Business Innovation (Oval Medical Technologies), one for Rising Star (Elite Swimming Academy), one for Small Business of the Year (Sureflap) and one for Business of the Year (Le Mark).  That’s four clients nominated for awards, along with the others who are already award-winning in their own fields and industries.

Success is hard to come by.  Some people are happy to do business, make some money and retire.  Some people strive for more.  They constantly deliver on their promises.  They work hard on their products and services to make them the best they can possibly be.  They never stop trying.
